3. Oxygen cylinders should not be strongly collided. It is forbidden to use throwing, falling and other methods that are easy to lead to impact for loading, unloading or handling, and it is forbidden to use crane to lift.

4. Stand on the side when opening the bottle valve and pressure reducer; The speed of opening should be slow to prevent combustion caused by static spark caused by excessive temperature of organic material parts or excessive air flow.

5. In winter, when the pressure reducer and pipe system of the gas cylinder are frozen, it is strictly forbidden to use fire to bake or use iron objects to hit the gas cylinder, and it is not allowed to violently twist the adjusting screw of the pressure table, so as to prevent oxygen from rushing out suddenly and causing accidents.

6. Do not use oxygen cylinders without a pressure reducer.

6 things to know about acetylene bottle Use

2. Gas cylinders shall not be close to heat sources and electrical equipment. In summer, shading measures shall be taken to prevent exposure to the sun.

4. When the working place is frequently moving, it should be placed in a special car. Acetylene bottle and oxygen bottle should be avoided together.

5. Copper, silver, mercury and other products are strictly forbidden to contact with acetylene, and the copper alloy utensils in contact with acetylene must contain more than 70% copper.

6. The gas in the bottle is strictly prohibited to be exhausted, and the residual pressure must be not less than 0.05mpa. Acetylene bottles should be unloaded lightly when transported by car or trolley. No throwing, sliding, rolling or touching. When lifting and handling, special fixtures and rainproof transport vehicles should be used. Cranes and hand-pulled gourds are strictly prohibited.
